1. Time yourself Brushing

Brushing your teeth two times a day for at least 2 minutes each time to thoroughly brush all tooth surfaces properly. Wondering how to keep timing? Set a timer for two minutes, focusing on gently brushing lower teeth and then upper teeth. Giving your teeth enough attention and going tooth by tooth will help you slow down and remove any harmful bacteria that tends to build up between your teeth over time. 2. Right Toothpaste is Important

3. Replace the Toothbrush

4. Floss Properly

Rinse your mouth with mouthwash for at least 40 seconds and then spit it out. Avoid washing your mouth with water afterwards
